General Disclaimer
GESA Framework ("we", "us", or "our") provides optimization framework documentation, implementation guides, and educational resources for analytical and educational purposes only.
1. No Professional Advice
GESA Framework documentation is not professional business advice, technical consulting, or system architecture advice.
You are solely responsible for your implementation decisions, including:
- Episode schema design and storage backend selection
- Temperature profile selection and cooling rate configuration
- Generator architecture (rule-based, LLM, or hybrid)
- Integration with your production systems
2. No Guaranteed Results
GESA provides patterns and principles, but:
- ❌ We cannot guarantee that GESA will improve your system's decision quality
- ❌ We are not responsible for outcomes from implementing GESA in production
- ❌ Episode-based learning depends on episode quality — garbage in, garbage out
Implementation success depends on:
- Quality and volume of the episode store
- Appropriateness of the temperature profile for your domain
- Quality of the generator implementation
- Accuracy of outcome measurement
3. Framework Limitations
Cold Start
GESA provides no meaningful recommendations until a minimum episode store is established (~20 episodes per domain). During cold start, recommendations are exploratory and should be treated as such.
Decay Constants
The default temporal decay constants (30–180 days) are starting points. Domains vary significantly. Incorrect decay constants will over-weight stale episodes or under-weight recent ones.
Adaptive Cool
The Adaptive Cool profile requires sufficient episode history to function correctly. Deploying it before the threshold is met will produce unreliable cooling behaviour.
4. No Affiliation
GESA Framework is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) or any AI provider
- Cloudflare, Azure, or any infrastructure provider
- Any academic institution or research body
GESA is an independent framework developed by Semantic Intent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Semantic Intent and its contributors are not liable for:
- Poor optimization outcomes from GESA implementation
- Production system failures resulting from GESA integration
- Incorrect recommendations from an insufficiently populated episode store
- Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
